We welcome working with folks who struggle with anxiety, whether that’s a new experience (eg, performance anxiety) or a life-long struggle (eg, shyness).

In therapy, people learn to recognize their symptoms, acquire new strategies to calm their minds and bodies, and work towards re-engaging in activities they stopped doing or new activities they’ve been too afraid to try.

In addition, exploring the root causes of anxiety can be a very meaningful and deeply validating experience. This exploration often increases motivation and builds confidence to overcome anxiety.
